No, you don't! Unlike other companies, we offer a free drop-off service from anywhere in the UK. Simply fill out the Repair Request and we will send you a free post label which you can print off. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48®. Royal Mail Tracked is a parcel service you can trust and you will always know where your parcels are.

If you ship from outside the UK please organise your own shipping as we can not provide any prepaid shipping labels.

Repair costs depend on your device/model and your coverage under warranty, you can obtain a free estimate first. However, we will always quote you first if a free estimate where not requested before or possible.

We will always requote you if any additional faults are discovered during the repair before we proceed. You can, of course, reject the quote if the repair is not suitable or becomes too expensive. In those cases, we will charge a service fee for diagnostic and return shipping of £15. You can also simply request the recycling of your device and we will waive all fee's and our service does not cost you anything at all.

Please remove your SIM and Memory Card before you ship the Phone to us. But you don't need to clear all data or reset the phone if you wish to retain all your data.

Yes, you can.

Royal Mail will attempt the delivery but if nobody was there to sign for it, or if it was too big for your letterbox Royal Mail will leave a 'Something for you' (also known as a P739) card. You can then collect your item from your local Depot or request a redelivery on a more suitable date.

Sometimes it is difficult to give a quick estimate without seeing the device first, so if you fill out a ‘Repair Request’ you can ship the device to us, free of charge. Once diagnosed we will give you an exact quote for your repair.

The free estimate is for repair enquiries.
If you have a broken or damaged device and you have no idea how much it will cost to repair, fill out the free estimate to find out.
It's free and you don’t need to send us the device either.
Just fill out the short form here and a member of staff will contact you with your estimate.

The repair price estimated by our system is an estimate only, based on the information you have provided.
It is possible that the price to repair the unit is higher than the estimated price (for example, if the information provided was inaccurate, or if your unit has other faults).
On these occasions, you will be contacted via email or phone to authorise a new repair quotation.

There is a free drop-off service from anywhere in the UK, but please be advised, there is a fee of £6.90 for return shipping.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48®. Royal Mail Tracked is a parcel service you can trust and you will always know where your parcels are.
You will receive an email and text message prior delivery with the exact time frame.

If you ship from outside the UK please organise your own shipping as we can not provide any prepaid shipping labels.

EP's Warranty Repair

If your product has been previously serviced by Electronic Partners and has failed again with the same fault you can simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > EP's Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair within the 3 month warranty period.

Prestigio Warranty Repair

If your Prestigio product has failed within the 1-year manufacturer limited warranty period simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > Prestigio Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair.

Standard Repairs are usually processed within 3-5 working days from the day they arrive. If you select the "Express Repair" option, your repair will take priority over non-express repairs and will be usually processed within 24h.

Repairs usually being processed within 3-5 working days from the date they arrive. However, it can take up to 4 weeks for parts to arrive if they need to be ordered especially for your repair as we use the most economical shipping option to offer affordable prices. If you require the unit back quickly then we strongly recommend that you select the "Express Repair" option.

We always keep you informed of the current status of your repair.

You can track the repair at our Customer Portal from the moment your device arrived in our service centre.

Usually, we will email you the estimated arrival time for your parts. However, sometimes the delivery can vary depending on supplier, forwarder and customs. We always use the most economical shipping option in order to provide affordable repair prices, therefore parts from outside Europe can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
We also offer an express repair option if your repair is urgent.

In the event that we have completed our diagnostics on a device and a new quote is necessary, we charge a service fee of £15 to cover the engineers time and return shipping if the customer decides to not go ahead with the repair.

We always use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts provided by the manufacturer if possible. However, we use high-quality aftermarket parts if OEM parts are not available or the OEM parts do not fit our price structure.

What are the differences between OEM parts and aftermarket parts?

OEM Parts: OEM is an abbreviation for Original Equipment Manufacturer. It means the parts are made directly by the manufacturer, not by a third party.

OEM parts, because they’re made by the manufacturer to fit the specifications of a particular make and model, tend to fit perfectly. However, they also cost more money as a result.

After Market Parts: Aftermarket parts are manufactured by a company other than the original manufacturer. They can be produced at a high volume and made to fit the specifications of different types of devices. They are similar to OEM parts in like, kind, and quality. As you can imagine, they are often also much cheaper.

In the unlikely event, your unit becomes faulty within the warranty period please select from our website Electronic.Partners "Repair Request > Warranty Repair" and follow the instructions given to receive a free returns label.

We will investigate and respond within 3 working days. If the problem is related to the initial repair, we will carry out a further repair free of charge and return at no cost. If the unit has further problems not related to original repair or parts not replaced in the previous repair we will contact you and let you make a decision with regards to the cost. We will attempt a re-repair on your unit TWICE after the initial repair. If after this, the unit is still faulty we will issue a refund (minus the minimum charge, postage, and any Express fee). We will need to see the unit and make sure it is faulty prior issuing a refund.

No. The £15 service charge only applies if the device is after inspection:
(a) The unit is Beyond Economical Repair (i.e. it would be cheaper to replace the unit than fix it)
(b) We provide a new repair quotation and you refuse this quotation Note that return postage cost will be charged in addition to the minimum charge. At our discretion, we may waive the minimum charge if you give us permission to use the damaged unit for spare parts.
(c) The unit is not found to be genuine and parts are not available.
