- The camera won't work with batteries in. When I tried switching on the camera, the lens would come out but go back in. I kinda forcefully, but at the same time gently tried to hold the lens out with my hands. Now, the lens is stuck outside and even when I try pushing it back in, or switching the camera on it won't respond.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
