Free Estimate

Before any repairs start, we’ll first request a Free Estimate. It’s a pretty quick process, and we do this to ensure you have a general idea of how much the repair will cost. You can also send in any item without an estimate and make a decision on the repair once we have quoted you.

Request Repair

Complete the repair request form and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for our collection points.

Drop-off and Ship

Drop-off your repair to one of our collection points or any post office and ship it for free with our prepaid tracked returns shipping label. We will, of course, notify you once the item has been received at our service centre. You can also organise the shipping yourself or simply drop it off at the service centre.

Make Payment

Once the repair has been completed we will send you the final Invoice which can be conveniently be paid online, by bank transfer or over the phone.

Return Repair

We will test and return your item to your home or business address using Royal Mail’s tracked shipping service. Upon completion of payment, we will dispatch your item within one working day and you will receive an email with the tracking details once dispatched.

Quality Counts

  • Our parts are manufacturer-approved and RoHS compliant. We do not use B-grade or second-hand parts like many other companies do.

    If you get us to repair your device, you can be assured that only original or OEM parts of the highest quality will be used. And if required we can use a 2nd hand part which you can provide, or we source at your request.

Warranty on Labour and Parts

We want to give you complete peace of mind after having your electronic repaired that’s why we offer on all repairs a hassle-free warranty. This means that if your device fails with the same fault, we will repair it for you free of charge. If for any reason it isn’t possible to repair your device under warranty, we will be happy to give you a full no-quibble refund for the original repair.
