Despite having new batteries and SD cards, GoPro switches on for about a minute, then constantly switched off, then on, then off, on, off, etc. The only way to stop it is to pull the battery. It also gets VERY warm! I've had it about 18 months, but hardly used – maybe done a little over 2 hours of video, to date!

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
