The camera doesn't work with the battery, it only turn on (not always) to indicate that the battery is flat and does switch off moments after. The batteries have been checked with the other device and they all seem to be fine. The camera does work ok once plugged in to the PC or other power source, but would not indicate the charging. I would appreciate for your advice of what that possibly could be. Thanks.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
