    Hi,

    I am contacting you as my GoPro Hero 11 Black has stopped functioning this summer and has now passed the warranty period of one year… I bought the camera from the GoPro website in September 2022 and now feel a bit stuck as they do not have a repair service. Do you do GoPro repairs?

    I have always used my GoPro during my travels, and especially to record marine life while snorkeling. This summer, I did a snorkeling session and everything was all fine until the GoPro started signalling an error with the SD card. I then stopped recording, turned the GoPro off and left the GoPro out of the water. When I arrived back at the hotel, I tried turning it on again but I did not work.

    Since then, I have tried everything:
    • Pressed for 10, 15 or 30 seconds to turn it on (with and without the SD card)
    • Plugged the camera with and without the battery (the cable works as I can charge other devices with it)
    • Charged the camera all night
    • Etc.

    However, it still does not turn on and there is no red light anymore when I put the GoPro on charge.
