The gopro hero 4 black camera turns on but I cannot scroll through the menu options on the home screen or record a video or take photos etc. There is small damage to the edge of the silver plastic framing where some of it has come off from wear and tear which i don't need replacing but that has nothing to do with the problem I'm facing with internally. What would the cost roughly be to fix this internal issue?
