    I have bought the brand new Swann CCTV cameras from Costco 4 years ago and decided to install them recently. However, the dvr doesn't seem to work.
    I have connected all the cables properly according to the manual guide, connected the DVR to the monitor using both cables, connected the ethernet cable as instructed, however, nothing is working. The screen on the monitor lights up with the SWANN logo and then it goes black and lights up with the logo again. I have tried inserting the USB SD but still nothing. The light where it is meant to turn blue where the HDD is off. I have tried everything and the cameras are brand new so I don't know what is wrong with them.
    Could you please tell me whether this can be fixed and if I need to send the DVR to you.
