When I power on the headset, it goes straight into the USB Update screen (black screen with white text and boot options).
I’ve tried selecting “Boot Device”, “Factory Reset”, and “Sideload Update”, but each option just loops me back to the same screen.
Even after a full factory reset, the headset doesn’t exit USB Update Mode.
I attempted to use the Meta Web-based Update Tool, but the headset fails to install any update and still returns to the same screen.
The device was fully charged and hasn’t suffered any physical damage.
