The buttons on the controller and especially the sticks on it are not working properly so I've heard all it needs it just to be opened up and cleaned inside so the sticks are not going to move by themselves anymore while in game. Also the rubber on one of the legs is coming off and would like that glued as well.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
