I have not been able to play any games since it ejects all discs, it doesn't recognise or play any games/discs at all.
I believe that it could be a faulty drive issue?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
