When pressing right on POV1 or POV2, the mode changes to 3 on the controller and the middle bar on the Properties window, and the 'right' action is stuck. I can clear this by either moving the mode dial around or pressing buttons A or B (when Mode also switches back to the originally selected mode), but each time I press right the same thing happens.
Also, the green light of the A button is flickering.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
