Every time I attempt to click start on the main menus screen of every game using this controller it doesn’t allow me to press anything until I reconnect the controller. But mainly the issue is that I cannot click the touchpad so that the ps4 responds and pressing the touchpad it feels broken in some places. So the issue is my controllers touchpad doesn’t work and wheneve I’m in a game the touchpad repeatedly presses itself. I can’t see any visual damage apart from a crack on upper right side of the touchpad itself and the controller had been thrown at a wall and a few tiny pieces of plastic had come loose from the inside and when I opened it up the only damage I could see on the inside was the battery’s plastic holder had a tiny piece missing that went into one of the holes on the corcuit board. I also checked the insde of the touchpad to see if the connecter had come loose but it hadn’t so I have no idea how its pressing itself and not letting me press it.
