When i turn the console on the disk drive sounds like it is trying to eject a disk but there is no disk inserted, and because it thinks there is one in there it means i can't insert one. I think in the past this would resolve simply by pressing the eject button but i had to disable that as i had the issue where the ps4 ejects discs randomly
