Neither of my controllers charge the batteries. When plugged into the PS4 or a separate charger lead the charge light shows yellow. After charging for 2 hours the charge light goes out as soon as the charge lead is disconnected and the controllers don't work. I have installed four brand new batteries from different suppliers & the controllers works fine initially until the batteries flatten & then will not re-charge. Both controllers work fine if left plugged into the PS4. All the charging lights blue & yellow indicate correctly but on both controllers once batteries are installed & go flat neither controllers work unless plugged in . I have tried the reset button with no effect. The charging ports both appear undamaged. I have tried separate leads & chargers all same result. HELP any ideas.
