looks like the battery has gone flat that holds the bios information, time date etc..
you need to change the battery on th emotherboard and setup the bios again for the pc.
it will require a keyboard with a ps2 connector to set up the bios (not a usb keyboard with a ps2 adapter they don't always work)if you need me to write a step by step instruction guide how to do this with photos to follow let me know
