So it's only a very minor issue, but the left shoulder button has a different feel to the right. The right one has a very nice and sturdy click to it, but the left is more squishy which it shouldn't be. I want both to feel the same and have a nice click.

The requested repair was also carried out efficiently, and I am very pleased with the result. I have dropped one star in my review because the repair included replacing a red/green LED, and the red LED is so bright that the surrounding fabric is also illuminated, whereas the green LED is quite dim and can only be seen from certain angles. I guess that EP found it difficult to procure the original LED component which is undoubtedly a B&W special.
