The d pad does not work but when disassembled and you remove the pad you can press the microswitch for each direction with your finger and it works fine but when you replace the d pad + and press the directional pad it does not work. It was working fine but when I opened the controller to clean the left analogue stick as it was jamming to clean it, once it was sorted it seemed to affect the d pad.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers.
