Me and a friend have around 4/5 normal xbox one controllers that have a few components not working such as Bumper buttons and some not turning on, I also own an xbox one elite controller that has some components out of place and not working also.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
