The elite controller has developed a fault. The LS stick has developed vertical movement, it can move up and down by 2 to 3 mm. I think the metal magnetic dome is damaged and needs replacing. The RS stick is fine, no vertical play.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
