    Hi, my Xbox one console is coming up to 5 years old used for about 3 hours weekly so not too much, when I shut it down a couple of days ago it was working fine no problems no crashes etc, went to start it yesterday the light came on but would not progress to the green start screen. The power brick is okay, HDMI okay Ive tried every suggestion on the internet to no avail , managed to use the sync & eject buttons to get the trouble shooting screen up, tried resetting to factory defaults which didn't work just E102 error, tried offline updating with USB stick with the three different types of OS software didn't work just error E101 nothing seems to work, even tried the restore to defaults software using the offline updating method nothing. I feel that it cannot be a major problem simply because it was working perfectly beforehand, Have you any experience of this problem and what estimated repair costs might be?
