Hi guys, just got hold of a s/h inspire controller as a second unit to add to mine. I’ve fully charged it but can’t get any output from the USB or HDMI ports on it. Tried several devices and cables that work on mine but nothing on this. Doesn’t even beep on connection or charge via the usb or micro usb. When you roll the dials on the top corners the controller beeps as normal. Can’t pair it to my controller to update or set as a Slave due to not being able to get it to connect to my iPad. Any ideas? Cheers 😁

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
