started by receiving a "8 pin connector loose from mother board warning" now will not even respond to controller , battery went into deep discharge and will not charge now . this was after repairs done from a crash last march , the drone flu again fine but began receiving the warning about a month after repair. is in the flight position now with its arms down but will not clapse for storage as controller will not connect.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
