Since the drone crashlanded there is no video feed. There are no obvious signs of damage. The gimbal moves without an issue (ribbon cable fine). The silver cable appears okay as well and attaches to the gimbal board correctly.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
