Drone was dropped and the back left "arm" is now slightly loose – this means the propeller seems to be catching the body of the drone, it's left a wear mark on the plastic. The result is that the drone is very slow and unreliable – it struggles to take off etc. and the altitude is all wrong. The controller thinks its 50 feet up when it's only 3 feet off the ground. Also, at take off it often gets to normal height, then just slowly falls to the floor, then attempts to get off the floor repeatedly. The drop was a few flights ago – the issue came to a head yesterday

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
