Recently crashed the drone into a tree. 1 propeller had cracked. when removing it felt difficult to remove. replacing with a new propeller also was more difficult than usual and tight. when rotating the motor by hand, it felt gritty, not smooth like the others.
When powered up, everything rotated as normal. However on attempt to take off, it would lean to 1 side and power down.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
