Hi there, my Mavic Pro is 2 years old. After a couple of months of not being used, I turned it on and the camera is not focusing either in manual or automatic. I've tried reformatting the SD card, recalibrating the camera, reinstalled the app, reinstalled the firmware and nothing helps. Please could you give me an indication of what could be wrong and to fix it. Are you able to receive drones by post to fix? Thanks, Oli

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
