The Drone has been in a crash, The gimbal where the camera is housed has no physical signs of damage however the gimbal will not move under its own power. The Camera It's self works perfectly fine and will focus and film as normal. The Error message displayed on the DJI App is 'motor overload, check gimbal clamp is removed'. I figure This may be a replacement ribbon cable or replacement gimbal Arm (excluding the camera). Please note there is damage to the top case unit. However this is superficial and I'm not looking to get this repaired at any time.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
