Hi, I have a drone, which has been passed onto me from a friend, he hasn't used it for sometime. I have charged all items, and powered up and can fly and control it fine, but when using the app on the iphone, I see all the stats, distance, alt, satellites etc, but I have no live video feed, looking on google this appears to be quite common. I have updated to the latest firmware for it all, and also rebound the camera in the system. I have not checked cables etc as I have no tools to get inside.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
