Contoller doesnt switch on after re charge but still gives wifi siginal. Hard reset gets it working again but after a few charges it goes into the lock mode again. Would like a proper fix as its a pain having to open the contoller again and again to disconnect battery.. Other option is to wait till battery completly drains but that can take upto 60hours as its only giving off a wifi signal which doesnt take much battery life.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
