I crashed the drone which has damaged the shell (one arm bent and cracked). It also landed in a shallow puddle which may have caused some damage, but the battery had fallen out so at least power was not on.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
