After my drone cutting out about 15meters up, and falling rapidly to its death. Surprisingly it was only the camera and gimbal the broke away from the drone. I'm not sure if the camera itself still works, but the whole unit has came away from the shell. If you reply via e-mail, I can send some photos across to show you exactly what I mean.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
