Hi, i have just purchased a previously owned Phantom 3 Advanced, there is a problem with the remote control, it will only intermitently and very rarely connect to a mobile device. It is paired with the aircraft and will fly without an app or camera display but usually refuses to connect to any app or any mobile device. Firmware is up to date on aircraft and my ios and apps are all up to date however i have been unable to update firmware to the remote controller. I have paired to another remote owned by my friend with absolutely no issues so i know the problem is with the RC itself. Also when it has been connected to my mobile device i have wiggled the USB port around quite a bit to see if it disconnected due to a bad USB port but it was fine so i dont believe it is the port at fault. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
