Hi, i have just purchased a previously owned Phantom 3 Advanced, there is a problem with the remote control, it will only intermitently and very rarely connect to a mobile device. It is paired with the aircraft and will fly without an app or camera display but usually refuses to connect to any app or any mobile device. Firmware is up to date on aircraft and my ios and apps are all up to date however i have been unable to update firmware to the remote controller. I have paired to another remote owned by my friend with absolutely no issues so i know the problem is with the RC itself. Also when it has been connected to my mobile device i have wiggled the USB port around quite a bit to see if it disconnected due to a bad USB port but it was fine so i dont believe it is the port at fault. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
