Idiot owner dunked the device in the Norfolk Broads! Gimbal and camera unit got wet briefly. I suspect a controller fault as the device lost connection with the RC and returned home, sadly I was unable to cancel the RTH function as the Rc wouldn't respond and the Drone tried to land where the boat had been, which was ten feet away from where it now stood!

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
