Hi I took my phantom 3 standard to the park it was its 6th flight and it's only ever been flown within a close proximity. Once I got it up in the air, it went crazy and veered over to the right on its own and straight into a tree, loss of control and it wouldn't turn off when it crashed on floor. Propellers we're all snapped and absorbing board underneath snapped. Is there anything you can do to check it out and also replace the board and any other parts that are damaged? If so how do I go about getting it in to you to be repaired. Kind regards James

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
