The drone was flown in to a tree and as it fell the gimble was damaged. The plate attaching the gimble to the drone seems to be snapped. The camera sets its self then goes all floppy.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
