power turned off 10 feet off the ground. Ribbon cable cut in two and the arm that the camera arrangement is supported from is bent. I was given this to repair but this is not my type of thing. Are you able to assist?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
