Crashed into wall, arm ( leg ? ) disconnected with 3 thin wires on. Requires resoldering into body I suppose. Obviously you are busy over Christmas but need to know if it is possible in the New Year. No spare parts required. This is a week old, was present off wife !!!!

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
