Hi there
Setting up a plane tonight and when I switch my Taranis on the screen just lights up with OPEN TX on screen and that is it, it goes no further. You cannot then switch it off, the switch moves but nothing happens, you have to disconnect the battery .

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
