I had an unexpected fall of Gopro Karma while it was in the air, suddenly it fell down (lost power) within 4-5 minutes of fly time (fully charged battery). The Karma drone and the Gopro hero 6 camera is completed damanged and beyond repair. I need a damage report for insurance purpose. I have attached the pictures of my damaged drone and my gopro Karma camera (Hero 6). Could you please let me know if you can provide me a letter and also if you need anything else from me.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
