Hi, I've only flown the drone one time and worked perfectly. Recorded a good amount of footage and took a few pictures. All recorded fine onto the SD card and I viewed them on my laptop. Before the 2nd flight, I reinserted the SD card but it kind of didn't go in straight and took a couple of times to get it sat in correctly… after the 2nd flight nothing was saved onto the card. I saved the original 1st flight footage. Formatted the card then tried again but still nothing is being saved onto the card which is quite annoying as the drone and card are both brand new out the box. I've got a feeling that maybe some of the pins inside might not be lined up but could really do with a professional opinion.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
