On initial flight the drone lifted about two feet, tilted and fell. on inspection no damage was apparent. However the drone will not bind with the transmitter, when binding is attempted there is a hum audible from the drone. I have tried unsuccessful to have the drone returned to the vendor for repairs.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
