Small crash but the gimble does not operate now and from the videos I have seen I think it's the flex ribbon that has been damaged and needs replacing as it comes up with gimble motor overload and asks to check for obstructions.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
