I was flying my bebop 2 over a lake getting cool shots with no problems. The drone was about 30 feet away from me when I suddenly lost connection. Instead of returning home like it should have. It quickly dropped into the salt water. It was submerged for about 2 minutes before I retrieved it. When I got it, it was smoking so I unplugged the battery and dropped the drone.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
