Following a recent crash into water, the rear port motor is showing a Red on the diagnostic screen, with a message 'Motor Stage Error 11'. I've tried swapping the actual motor for a new one, but that didn't make any difference, so I'm guessing the problem is at the other end of the cable.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
