- Nothing seems to be physically broken but it has becomey impossible to connect to the drone's wifi. I have tried this with several phones and always get the same result. The connection is initially strong then it tells me the connection is insecure and tells me I have 'not internet connection' '!' This is all through trying to connect to the drone on my phone. It seems a pretty simple problem but one that has rendered the drone useless for the time being! any help would be massively appreciated.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
