One of the propellers on my sons Quadcopter has stopped rotating and makes a noise when rotated by hand and also has a fair bit of resistance when compared to the other 3 (i think the gear or motor has broken or become misaligned. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
