My son crashed the drone, and it will now not lift off. It powers up and all of the propellers spin, but one propeller seems slower than the others. I have tried replacing the blades but it makes no difference. Many thanks.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
