Hi, this drone is not 'damanged' but does not work from new. We bought it from China (error) for a Christmas present but it's faulty. Trying to get it sorted through the China company is proving a nightmare.
Problem….
the camera does not connect to the LCD display on the handset but the gimble operating does work.
Tried to fly it once but there is clearly a problem, only a very short flight before it went down (no damage) – it's as if only half of the controls are responding and it wouldn't switch off remotely. Hand to pick it up by hand with rotas spinning and switch it off on the actual drone.
It is not crash damaged but something is wrong.
Can you help at all and what is the pricing element to all of this please

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
