When I opened it upon return from them, it had definitely had some sort of collision – a few scratches around rear left led. Very minor, but had a collision of some sort. I do have photo.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
